Booking Info +
Frequently Asked Questions

When booking is open please fill out the form on my website.

Be sure to include all information that's being asked of you in the booking form so that I can fully understand your ideas. Everything I need to know about your tattoo idea should be in your submission, which is why it's very important that you take your time filling out the form. Introduce yourself and describe your tattoo idea in a few clear sentences. If you have any imagery saved that will help me visualize how you would like your tattoo to look, be sure to include them. The booking form will remain on my website until an adequate amount of ideas have been submitted. Once the form is removed, booking is closed.

I will contact you through email to either set up a consultation or discuss your ideas with you further.

I begin to answer emails the following day, this process can take a few weeks. Please allow time for a response. I am to be thorough with each person I work with. Not every project is able to be accepted due to the volume of requests and limited availability. Projects are chosen based on my interests as an artist and what I feel I can make into my best work.

How do I book an appointment?

I open my books a few times each year, about 3-4 months. If I have a date chosen for when I will open my books next you will find it in my bio on Instagram.

If there isn't a date posted, it is to be determined!

When do books open?

When is your availability?

I tattoo Tuesday through Friday and 1-2 Saturdays per month.

How far out do you book?

Appointments are usually scheduled for the following 2-4 months ahead depending on how many projects I am taking on at that time.

Yes. If you would prefer to discuss your ideas and meet in person before booking a tattoo, please mention it in your email that you'd like to meet for a consultation. If your tattoo idea is a larger project that requires multiple sessions, there will likely be a consultation. If your tattoo idea is very straight forward and/or can be completed within one session, or if you are traveling, the appointment will likely be booked through email.

Can I schedule a consultation?

A $180 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit acts as a down payment and towards the total price of your tattoo. This deposit will come off the total on the day of your appointment. If your tattoo takes multiple sessions to complete, your deposit will roll over and be taken off the price of the last session.

DEPOSITS ARE

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Valid for 1 reschedule. Additional reschedules for the same tattoo will require a new deposit.

Deposits

If you need to reschedule your appointment contact me at least 3 days before your appointment. If proper notice is given I will honor your deposit and apply it towards your rescheduled date. Failure to reschedule your appointment in a timely fashion will result in your deposit being forfeit.

TARDINESS / NO-CALL-NO-SHOW

If you do not show up within 30 minutes of your appointment start time your appointment is considered cancelled and your deposit is forfeited. If you are running a few minutes late, please contact me to let me know. If you have not reached out to me and it's past your appointment time, it is assumed that you are not showing.

No call/no shows (not showing up on the day of your appointment with no notice/contact) risks the possibility of Jennifer not working with you in the future.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Can I see my design before my appointment?

Your design will be shown to you when you come in the day of your appointment. I do not send out designs ahead of time. If there is something in the design you are unhappy with and wish to change, there is time at your appointment for minor modifications/changes to be made. Large changes or requesting an entirely new design however will require a new deposit resulting in the original deposit being forfeited as payment for my drawing time.

I draw everything in my own style and will never exactly replicate another artist's work. If you have inspiration photos or specific details you would like me to reference for your tattoo, please be sure to include those details when you inquire. If you like my tattoo work and you present a clear concise idea of what you are looking for in your tattoo to me, chances are, your design will turn out exactly as or better than expected!

Yes. Tattoos that I feel I can realistically cover and improve I will take on. Not every cover-up project is able to be accepted. Certain tattoos can be covered or reworked more easily, while others might require laser treatments beforehand. Cover-ups usually require a consultation prior to booking an appointment. When sending in your inquiry please include a photo of the existing tattoo you are looking to have covered.

Do you do cover-ups?

Yes, you may bring someone with you. I ask that you limit it to 1 person accompanying you.

**No one under 18 allowed in the studio**

Can I bring someone to my appointment?

No. If you arrive to your appointment and have a sunburn in the area I am supposed to tattoo, I will not be able to tattoo you. We will need to reschedule your appointment to allow time for your sunburn to heal before making your tattoo. Your original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

Please plan your tattoo appointment accordingly - consider any vacations or time in the sun that you may have before choosing a date for your appointment(s). Always apply sunblock when spending time outside in the sun leading up to your tattoo appointment to protect from sunburn.

Risk Advisory

TATTOOS ARE PERMANENT

Tattoos are a permanent alteration to your body that can only be removed through laser treatments, which are costly, and may never completely erase the tattoo. Please ensure you are fully committed to the design and placement before choosing to proceed.

RISK OF INFECTION

Despite strict sanitation measures, there is always a risk of infection associated with tattooing. It is crucial to follow proper tattoo aftercare in order to minimize this risk.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have been made aware of these potential risks and agree to proceed with the tattoo procedure at your own discretion.
